The Healthcare Talent Scout will provide our Clients with research and sourcing support to ensure that they are able to hire the best talent and achieve outstanding business results.


Our Healthcare Talent Scout delivers original candidate identification and generation services to our clients and ranks among the best deep researchers in our industry. Using a variety of tools and internet sources, our team works on a wide variety of projects, including talent mapping, competitive talent market research, proactive talent pipelining, talent database development, diversity recruiting, and general candidate identification and generation. To succeed, you'll need to be a relentless problem solver, a quick learner, and able to segment your time effectively.


We require 2+ years of research and sourcing experience for these roles, with a 1+ year of experience in the healthcare industry. In addition, knowledge of Boolean strings and various Internet search techniques is strongly desired along with experience utilizing Internet and advanced search tools and techniques.  Our Healthcare Talent Scout should have experience and familiarity with database and social networking tools and the professional organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.

Individuals who are the most successful here are self-motivated, self-directed, and possess highly developed communication and client liaison skills. And, we always prefer team players who can work with colleagues as effectively as they work with clients.
