At DoubleStar, we are dedicated to fueling your passion. You will be part of the most experienced and most accomplished recruiting team in the region. You will be given as much responsibility and autonomy as you need, and you will be limited only by your own drive and talent. We require 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for these roles, with a track record of success in a high-volume environment preferable. Individuals who are the most successful here are self-motivated, self-directed, and possess highly developed communication and client liaison skills. And, we always prefer team players who can work with colleagues as effectively as they work with clients. Healthcare and/or Life Sciences experience is a plus.
