The Talent Research Consultant will provide our Client's with research and sourcing support to ensure that they are able to hire the best talent and achieve outstanding business results.



Our Talent Research Consultants deliver original candidate identification and generation services to our clients and rank among the best deep researchers in our industry. Using a variety of tools and internet sources, our team works on a wide variety of projects, including talent mapping, competitive talent market research, proactive talent pipelining, talent database development, diversity recruiting, and general candidate identification and generation. To succeed, you'll need to be a relentless problem solver, a quick learner, and able to segment your time effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Research and Library Science background
  • Knowledge of Boolean strings and various Internet search techniques
  • Expert with the Internet and advanced search tools and techniques
  • Experience and familiarity with database and social networking tools
  • Professional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience a plus
