The Talent Scout Consultant will provide our Client's with candidate identification to ensure that they are able to hire the best talent and achieve outstanding business results.

 

Responsibilities

Our Talent Scout Consultants specialize in identifying, qualifying, and engaging top talent while partnering with our clients to deliver proactive, interested candidate slates to meet recruitment initiatives.  Additionally, our Talent Scout Consultants develop research and sourcing strategies, implement posting initiatives and assist in candidate generation and market research. 

To succeed, you'll need to be self-motivated, self-directed, and possess highly developed communication and client-liaison skills.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years experience with direct candidate identification and engagement
  • Ability to succeed in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of various Internet search techniques
  • Experience and familiarity with database and social networking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands, and superior client services skills
